This is a beautifully kept hotel in a very nice clean building. The location is perfect, as the venue is based in the middle of Jackson. Adjacent to eateries, several dining options within walking distance and/or a short car ride, and the mall and many eating establishments.

The rooms at this pet-friendly hotel were brand-new with a king bed and pullout couch.

The room was well priced and spacious. The hotel was fairly clean. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, cinnamon rolls, and meat, and the staff was exceptional. The location was great, close to Northfield Square Mall. Had a good time.

Our stay was good. We were visiting the area for Bears Training camp, Museum of Science and Industry, family, and in general FUN! Our room was larger than expected, loved the breakfast choices and Pool.

One day our room was not cleaned! Two nights were Noisey with other guests being rude and loud. One experience in the pool was upsetting, as there was NO control over children in the pool and we were not able to use it at the same time. We were comped for the lack of cleaning, very nice of staff to do that and apologize for the problem.

The room was brand new with a jacuzzi, handicap bathroom, and a king bed, the breakfast was good, and the check-in process went smoothly.

The location was excellent, just a 10-15 minute walk from Hidden Cove. There were great restaurants, eateries, and shopping options nearby. Several dining options were within walking distance or a short car ride away.

The breakfast provided here is great, including boiled eggs and meat.

That our room was not cleaned one day and there were some noisy guests during our stay. However, the staff addressed these issues promptly and even offered us a compensation for the missed cleaning.
